Payment Methods
We primarily serve businesses, research institutions, and system integrators. Available payment methods depend on the order value, product, destination, and review result.

Corporate bank transfer
Overseas and Mainland China business orders may use corporate bank transfer when stated on a formal quotation or proforma invoice. Currency, amount, beneficiary, account details, and due date are valid only for that transaction document.

Online payment status
General online acquiring is not currently enabled. If you require a card or another online method, submit an RFQ so our sales team can confirm order eligibility and an available route.
XINDA
We never request payment to a personal account and do not accept unapproved third-party payments.
Verify any change of beneficiary details through the phone number published on our website or the secure order portal. We do not change payment accounts through an email-only request.
Refunds follow the order terms and return to the original payment route or a verified same-name corporate account. Custom or committed production stages may be non-cancellable.
