Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
This source offers 20 rod-based stands, sensor mounts, articulated clamps and vision test-platform configurations. Round posts, clamp blocks, slotted mounting plates and lighting arms support positioning of cameras or illumination. Select by the complete original sales model. Every SKU image has been inspected, but some image model names differ from the sales labels; model numbers are not decoded into rod diameter, length or accessory quantity.
Dimensions and model discrepancies
The main advertisement states height 600 mm and crossbar 300 mm, while application images state post height 500 mm; neither is a universal size for all SKUs. SKU 1 specifies a 60 × 35 × 40 mm base. SKU 4 specifies post height 500 mm, crossbar 300 mm and bracket length 160 mm. SKU 17/18 images state 0–50 mm clamping and 300 mm height adjustment, although SKU 17 sales wording contains H150. Resolve model or dimensional conflicts against the agreed drawing and supply list.
Mounting and layout
Images show top or side mounting feet, a two-post bridge, drilled/slotted camera plates, round/square sensor plates and bar-light arms. SKU 4/5 and general application images promote rotation, without locking torque, angular accuracy or repeatability. Benches, cameras, lenses, lights and sensors are not automatically supplied with a stand; SKU 3 explicitly excludes camera and lighting.
Materials, interfaces and clamping
Component material grades, rod tolerances, finishes, threads, hole spacing and camera compatibility lists are unspecified. The round-sensor image lists diameters 4/5/8/12/18 without units; these are not assigned millimeters or treated as post diameters. The two articulated arms show a flat base and a magnetic base respectively. The magnetic image identifies use on ferrous equipment surfaces, without magnetic holding force, clamping load or vibration performance.
Supply confirmation and use
Confirm the original model, base orientation, camera mounting pattern, lighting arrangement, equipment clearance and clamping method. The AL600 sales option is pictured as TG600; other conflicts are recorded per SKU without silently replacing the manufacturer model. Multi-stand or equipment combinations in test-platform images do not establish complete kits. Load capacity, stability, accuracy and safety ratings are not provided; confirm suitability for actual equipment weight and mounting conditions.
