Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
These mobile optical workbenches combine a perforated black upper work surface, lower storage shelf, silver aluminum-profile frame and caster wheels. Three online selections are listed as 600 × 1200 × 800, 800 × 1200 × 800 and 900 × 1200 × 800 mm, with the final 800 mm explicitly described as height in the selection labels. The dedicated images instead call that final dimension “thickness,” so the conflicting label is preserved as a source issue and never treated as tabletop thickness. Family images promote surface treatments and custom sizes without model-specific drawings or rated performance. Before specifying a bench, confirm its actual footprint, hole pattern, tabletop thickness, safe load and caster brakes. No vibration-isolation performance is supplied; the English artwork illustrates the family appearance only.
Three listed sizes and conflicting labels
The online selections read two-tier 600/800/900 × 1200 × 800 high. Dedicated images read 600/800/900 long × 1200 wide × 800 thick. Because the final dimension is labeled inconsistently, this catalog does not present 800 mm as the top thickness. Confirm dimension orientation and overall envelope on a manufacturer drawing.
Perforated top and lower shelf
Family and model images show a closely perforated black upper work surface and a lower flat shelf for optical assemblies and supporting items. Hole diameter, pitch, thread, edge offsets, top thickness, flatness, shelf load and vertical clearance are not specified. Compatibility with a particular optical breadboard standard cannot be guaranteed from appearance alone.
Frame, casters and finish
The family image shows a silver aluminum-profile frame on caster wheels. Promotional images mention blasting, black anodizing and electrostatic coating but do not assign each process to specific parts. Claims of convenient movement and heavy-duty use have no numeric load, wheel size, brake specification or floor-condition limit. Special-size customization is advertised without a configuration or lead-time table.
Installation and application limits
Confirm dimension orientation, whether wheels have brakes, delivery and assembly condition, static and moving load, and the top mounting-hole system before ordering. No vibration-isolation hardware, natural frequency or vibration metric is documented; “optical workbench” should not be read as a validated isolation table.
Selection checklist
Confirm length, width, height and a dimensioned drawing
Check hole pitch, threads and actual top thickness
Verify caster brakes, rated load and assembly state
Request separate isolation data if required
To be confirmed
Conflict between image “thickness” and selection “height”
Hole pattern, top thickness and flatness
Load rating, caster and brake details, shelf clearance
