Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
A drawing-based request for custom optical breadboards and shaped mounting plates. The source photographs show U-shaped, circular and other perforated examples. They illustrate machining forms to discuss with the supplier; they are not stocked models with confirmed dimensions, hole layouts or accessories.
Project inputs
Provide the outline, cutouts, length, width, thickness, hole coordinates, threads, datums, tolerances, material, finish, quantity and inspection requirements. Agree missing details explicitly rather than inferring them from an example shape.
Design and process review
The supplier reviews manufacturability and confirms solid or other construction, material sourcing, hole machining, assembly interfaces and lead time. For flatness, stiffness or loading requirements, provide the measurement method and operating conditions. Example images do not establish the same performance for every custom board.
What is included
Posts, optical mounts, larger platforms, supports and fasteners shown in the examples are not included automatically. List any required hardware, assembly or installation service separately in the quote and delivery schedule.
Quotation and delivery
This SKU opens a custom quote request; it does not identify a fixed factory model, stock quantity or standard price. Agree materials, tooling, inspection, finishing, packing, transport and installation for the project. The approved drawing governs the finished part and acceptance.
