DXB internally threaded bushings for fine-adjustment mechanisms, with a source-specified M3 × 0.25 thread and 3 complete model choices. The original photographs show copper-colored cylindrical bodies with different lengths, steps or flange profiles. Each model remains a separate selection; a matching internal thread does not mean the mounting dimensions are the same.

Thread and model selection

Choose the complete model for the intended M3 × 0.25 adjustment screw. A standard coarse-thread screw is not suitable simply because its nominal diameter matches. Do not infer installation length or tolerances from a model suffix, and do not apply a drawing table from another DXB listing to this family.

Mounting geometry

Confirm body diameter, overall length, step or flange dimensions, installation bore and usable thread depth. Photographs identify the body style but do not establish a bore fit or press-fit process. The drawing for the selected model controls mechanical interchangeability. The SKU tables in this package transcribe the body diameter, flange diameter, flange thickness and overall length for each model listed in the source drawing. Dimensional tolerances are not specified.

Material and operating requirements

The source describes copper construction; confirm the alloy, hardness, lubrication, wear requirements and operating environment. A self-lubrication claim in artwork is not a validated maintenance-free life rating. Check backlash, loading and repeatability with the mating screw in the actual mechanism rather than deriving performance from pitch.
