Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
Knurled knobs for manually operating fine-thread adjustment assemblies. Source photographs show internally threaded bodies with several lengths, diameters and stepped profiles. The artwork describes a black-anodized aluminum form; confirm other material options by complete model. The examples do not establish one size or material for every knob.
Thread and body geometry
Check the internal thread diameter, pitch, usable depth, step dimensions and outside diameter for the complete DXG model. Do not turn undefined numbers in a label into engineering dimensions. Match the knob and adjustment screw to the same thread specification.
Access and installation space
The knurled outer surface provides finger access for rotation. Check clearance around the body, the step’s seating position and possible interference with neighboring parts. Apparent size does not establish hand torque or a mounting load rating.
Finish and performance
The black-anodized description applies to the relevant material form. Confirm coating thickness, hardness and finishes for other material options separately. A knob does not establish system positioning accuracy or backlash; validate it with the intended thread pair.
Supply confirmation
Several photographed body forms are family examples, not a mixed set. Provide the complete model, mating screw, installation space, material, quantity and operating requirements. Confirm standalone supply and any custom drawing details.
