Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
DXG knobs combine a circular knurled rim with a central connection for hand operation of a mating fine-adjustment mechanism. The source dimension table lists eight complete models in aluminum alloy or stainless steel. Diameter, thickness, central thread and bore dimensions follow the individual model; appearance alone does not establish material or interface compatibility.
Connection and installation
Column B in the drawing table specifies the central fine thread; column C records the illustrated central bore diameter. Both are retained separately. A matching nominal diameter does not establish compatibility. Confirm the mating adjustment screw, connection arrangement and usable engagement.
Dimensions and access
A is the knurled outside diameter, L1 the overall thickness and L2 the illustrated axial step length. See the extracted drawing table for each model. Knurling provides a finger-grip surface, but the source does not specify rated torque, knurl geometry or operating-force requirements.
Material and finish
The source table identifies the first three models as aluminum alloy and the remaining five as stainless steel. Confirm the alloy grade, hardness, surface treatment and material documentation for the order. Black or silver appearance does not establish corrosion resistance, electrical insulation or vacuum suitability.
Supply and selection
Provide the complete model, quantity, mating screw, installation drawing and hand-access requirements. Adjustment screws, bushings and optical mounts are not included automatically. Several diameters and colors pictured together illustrate the series; they do not define pack quantity or optional finishes for an individual SKU.
