Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
This family contains 5 complete selections of M2 × 0.25 ball-tip fine-adjustment screws; 5 are listed in the source engineering drawing. The SKU tables for the models listed in the drawing record overall length L1, hex-socket width across flats L2 and the ball-tip geometry shown in that drawing. Check the mating bushing, drive tool and contact support against the selected model.
Model and mating thread
The source table specifies thread A as M2 × 0.25 and lists L1 and L2 for each model. These values are transcribed from the drawing rather than decoded from the model name. Confirm usable engagement, bore fit and travel separately; thread tolerances are not shown.
Tip contact and drive access
The drawing shows a spherical-tip diameter SØ1 mm, a front cylindrical-section diameter Ø1.4 mm and an axial relation of L1−0.4 mm. Hex-socket width across flats L2 follows the individual table row; screws with the same nominal diameter need not use the same tool. Tip retention, preload, contact-load capacity and side loading remain to be confirmed. These tip-geometry values apply only to the complete models listed in this source drawing.
Material and verified performance
The source describes stainless steel construction. Confirm material certification, hardness and surface treatment for the selected model. Thread pitch describes geometry; it does not establish mechanism resolution, backlash or positioning accuracy. Promotional precision and tolerance statements lack numerical limits and inspection methods, so they are not presented as quantified specifications here.
Selection and supply
Provide the complete model, quantity, mating bushing, assembly drawing, contact-load direction, adjustment travel, environment and acceptance requirements. Bushings, lock nuts, knobs and installation services are not included automatically. Different lengths pictured together illustrate selection and do not define a mixed pack for an individual SKU.
