HYAX and HYAN Optical Experiment Enclosures

This range combines aluminum-alloy profiles with transparent acrylic panels. Photographs show a black frame and sliding front doors with handles. Options include HYAN400-400, three HYAX models and a custom configuration. All four standard options explicitly exclude the breadboard. Size numbers are source length/width/height labels, without individual SKU photographs or a formal engineering drawing.

Models and source size labels

HYAN400-400 is labeled 400 × 400 × 350; HYAX450-600 is 450 × 600 × 450; HYAX600-600 is 600 × 600 × 450; and HYAX600-900 is 600 × 900 × 450, in original length/width/height order. Labels omit units and an external/internal datum; usable space and tolerances need confirmation. The source does not explain differences between HYAN and HYAX, so functions and performance are not inferred from the names.

Material and structure

The main image identifies aluminum-alloy profiles and acrylic panels; detail text describes sandblasting and anodizing without an alloy grade, profile section, acrylic thickness or treatment scope. Photographs show handles and sliding access, without door travel, maximum opening, locking, sealing or roof-panel supply details. A 30 × 30 profile or internal dimensions from another series are not transferred.

Mounting and customization

Standard sales options and detail images explicitly exclude the bottom breadboard. Confirm the separate bench, enclosure attachment, equipment access and cable clearance. For a custom option, agree dimensions, frame, acrylic panels, doors and mounting interfaces before quoting and finalizing the supply list. The pictured breadboard and mounting parts are not automatically included.

Performance limits

The source promotes high precision, heavy loading, precise positioning and corrosion resistance, without a load rating, positioning accuracy, motion mechanism or corrosion test. The enclosure is not described as a positioning stage or load-bearing motion system. Transparent acrylic has no stated spectral transmission, laser wavelength range, power limit, optical density, damage threshold or protective certification; this is not described as a certified laser safety enclosure.
