Four designs are available: a red/black/white Danger label, a yellow Caution label, a yellow triangular laser symbol and a yellow Laser Aperture label. The first three present warning information or a hazard symbol; the fourth identifies an emission aperture. Source cards show the printed design. Class 4 wording does not classify the equipment on which the label is placed or establish certification of the label.
Designs and dimensions
Style 1 is 70 × 46 mm; style 2 is 70 × 30 mm; style 3 has no dimensional annotation; style 4 is 50 × 22.50 mm. These measurements come from the corresponding SKU cards, without thickness, tolerances, corner radius or die-cut drawing. Dimensions of the rectangular designs are not transferred to the triangular label.
Printed information
Style 1 includes Danger, Laser Radiation, DPSS Laser and Class 4 Laser Product wording, with an eye/skin exposure warning. Style 2 includes Caution and Class 4 Laser Radiation When Open wording and English/Chinese exposure text. Style 3 carries the laser symbol only; style 4 reads Laser Aperture. Confirm final layout, languages, type, colors and suitability for the equipment. Generated catalog artwork is not a substitute for the production print file.
Material, application and supply
The source does not identify a paper, plastic or metal substrate, adhesive type, adhesive backing, thickness, temperature range, water/solvent/UV resistance or service life. Pack quantity, customization and application instructions are unspecified. Four illustrated designs do not establish a four-label kit. Confirm the intended surface, environment and supply list.
Selection and intended use
These labels provide equipment information; they do not block laser radiation or replace eyewear, enclosures or other protective measures. The source supplies no conformity documents or tests, so no specific standards compliance is claimed. Class wording, signal word, open-cover condition and aperture location should match the actual equipment information. The equipment owner should confirm final design and placement.
