Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
LPJ is a family of headless, flat-ended socket set screws described in the supplier artwork as 304 stainless steel. The 21 online options cover M3, M4 and M6. A family size table, rather than individual SKU photographs, explicitly lists every model with M3×0.5, M4×0.7 or M6×1.0 external thread, plus an L1 length and L2 value. L1 corresponds to the listed model length. The drawing does not explain L2 clearly enough to identify it as hex-socket depth, engagement or another feature, so the model records preserve the original L2 notation. The 304 grade is a supplier claim without a material certificate in the source. Thread tolerance, tightening torque and pack quantity are also missing. The English artwork illustrates the product type, not an individual size.
Twenty-one tabulated models
The family table covers M3×3/4/5/6/8/10/12, M4×3/4/5/6/8/10/12 and M6×6/8/10/12/14/16/20 mm. Its L1 column matches each model’s length. L2 is shown as 1.5 mm for M3, 2 mm for M4 and 3 mm for M6, but its engineering meaning needs a confirmed drawing before use.
Flat contact end and installation
Images show a headless externally threaded body, flat contact end and internal hex drive. Match the receiving female thread, available engagement, wrench access and the sensitivity of the contact surface. A flat end alone does not guarantee a mark-free contact; allowable force and installation torque depend on the actual materials and application.
Material claim and missing proof
Promotional imagery says 304 stainless steel and mentions corrosion and heat resistance without a material report, environment class or test conditions. Thread tolerance class, end-face flatness, hardness, passivation state and temperature limit are not quantified. Promotional claims should not be read as certification.
Supply and model imagery
Only three family images are available, not 21 individual product photographs. The size table supports nominal thread and L1/L2 entries but cannot verify each model’s appearance, tolerances or package count. Request a formal drawing and packing list before ordering.
