Product overview and selection guidance

Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.

Five configurations are listed: a GXPT600 multi-support platform on a perforated base, an AL600 roller-clamp stand, a portable slotted-plate rod stand, a flat-base articulated jaw arm and a magnetic articulated arm. Each corresponding SKU card has been inspected. A general main image also shows AL600-SP110, but that is not an option in this source; its clamping range and structure are not transferred to AL600.

Models and dimensions

AL600 states height 600 mm and clamping range 0–70 mm. The portable rod stand states slot width 4.2 mm, length 70 mm, height adjustment 300 mm and reach 300 mm; base label 160 × 200 lacks units. The flat-base articulated arm states clamping 0–50 mm, height adjustment 300 mm, reach 300 mm and unitless base label 160 × 200. The magnetic sales model contains 220 while its card states height 300 mm; confirm the discrepancy. GXPT600 numbers remain model wording, not dimensional evidence.

Structure and mounting

The GXPT600 image shows a central roller-clamp stand, twin slotted lighting arms and auxiliary supports on both sides, mounted on a perforated base; hole pitch and quantity are unspecified. AL600 uses a flat base; the portable rod stand uses clamp blocks and a slotted plate. Articulated arms provide angular positioning and device clamping, without locking torque, repeatability or rated load.

Magnetic mounting, materials and accessories

The magnetic base is described for ferrous surfaces, with jaws 0–50 mm and stated height 300 mm; reach is labeled only 300, without units. Holding force and safety factor are unspecified. This source does not identify material grades, aerospace aluminum or solid-rod construction; those claims are not copied from another listing. Confirm cameras, readers, lights, base fasteners and auxiliary-support quantities against the supply list.

Selection and operating conditions

Select the complete sales model and confirm equipment weight, clamping contact, mounting slot, base clearance and adjustment range. Customization is promoted as a service, without a separate custom SKU; agree drawings and a quote for changes. Stability, corrosion resistance, accuracy, vibration and safety ratings are not provided, so demonstration images are not treated as performance guarantees.
