Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
MCS supports use a triangular frame with relief openings to connect an optical breadboard to another mounting surface in a vertical arrangement. Each of the five complete models has a source SKU image labeling two outside-edge dimensions. The source describes M6 mounting threads and elongated mounting slots. Installed height depends on orientation; a model suffix is not a universal height specification.
Model dimensions
The labeled outside-edge dimensions are 150/75 mm for MCS-150, 300/127 mm for MCS-300, 450/127 mm for MCS-450, 600/152 mm for MCS-600 and 900/228 mm for MCS-900. These values are transcribed from the respective images rather than decoded from model numbers. Thickness, hole spacing and slot lengths are not provided.
Vertical mounting interfaces
The source installation example shows two breadboards arranged at 90°, but no angular tolerance is stated. Check both mounting faces, M6 thread depth, screw length, slot clearance and the number of supports required. A claim of fitting any breadboard does not verify every hole pattern or load configuration.
Structure and load requirements
The triangular web and relief openings are visible in the photographs. Alloy grade, finish, flatness, perpendicularity and allowable load lack numerical verification. Evaluate breadboard mass, center of gravity, equipment positions, support spacing and dynamic loading for the selected assembly.
Supplied items
Provide the complete model, quantity, breadboard dimensions and hole drawing, loading and mounting orientation. The two breadboards and screws in the installation example are not included automatically. Several supports shown together do not establish a multi-piece pack. Confirm custom interfaces and machining requirements separately.
