OCR4 Ø4 mm Metric Cage Construction Rods

OCR4 rods have a 4 mm diameter and are listed for 16 mm cage systems. Each sales option explicitly specifies an M3 threaded hole. Eighteen options cover nine lengths, each as a single rod or four-rod pack. Three source photographs show straight silver cylindrical rods with female axial openings. No individual SKU photographs or formal engineering drawing are available, so dimensional records are based on the sales specifications.

Length and quantity

The nine stated lengths are 6, 12.5, 25, 38, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 mm, each available as a single rod or four-rod pack. The 6 mm option differs from 6.4 mm rods in other imperial series; 12.5 mm is not automatically substituted with 12.7 mm. Distinguish the number of packs from rods per pack. Several rods shown together do not establish the packaging of every option.

M3 end connections

Every sales specification explicitly states an M3 threaded hole, and the photographs show female axial openings. The 4-40 thread specification of L16J rods must not be transferred to this series. No section drawing establishes hole depth, identical specifications at both ends or thread tolerances. Screw length and supplied quantity are not given. No projecting screws appear in the source images, so supplied connecting screws are not assumed.

Cage-system installation

Select for 4 mm rod-hole fit, compatible 16 mm cage hardware, required rod length and M3 connectors. The cage-system designation describes the frame format, not rod length or diameter. Complete assembly length, optical-axis position and brand compatibility depend on the cage plates and connectors; confirm the selected combination. Cage plates, lenses and optical assemblies are not automatically included.

Evidence and supply limits

The source provides no material grade, diameter or length tolerances, straightness, surface roughness, load rating or environmental data. A silver appearance does not establish a stainless steel grade. The listing title offers customization subject to confirmation of dimensions, price and lead time. No engineering drawing defines the length datum, so these values are not presented as drawing-verified overall dimensions.
