VS adapters connect components with different female thread sizes through two external threaded sections separated by a shoulder. Sixteen dedicated diagrams label the smaller and larger thread diameters and their individual lengths. The end geometry varies by model: some have a hex socket or screwdriver slot, while others show flat ends on both sides. The family artwork describes 304 stainless steel without an accompanying material certificate. Importantly, the first five model images caution against high heat and high torque, suggesting no more than 150°C; that warning is not a verified operating rating. The remaining models do not supply temperature or torque ratings either. Source diagrams call their measurements single reference readings, so confirm mating pitches, usable engagement and the intended installation tool before ordering. English artwork illustrates the product family only.
Two different external-thread sections
The 16 options step from an M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5 or M6 smaller end to an M3, M4, M5, M6 or M8 larger end. Every dedicated diagram confirms both nominal diameters and each threaded-section length. A shoulder separates the sections. Overall length, shoulder dimensions, nominal pitch and tolerance are not given consistently. Do not equate pictured section length with guaranteed usable engagement.
End-drive differences
The first five images label a 0.9 or 1.3 mm hex drive at the smaller end; their larger ends are flat or slotted. Four middle models and the last two show flat ends on both sides. Five M4/M5-to-M6 models show a flat smaller end and 3 mm hex at the larger end. Select installation access and driver from the exact model diagram rather than the family photograph.
Heat and torque caution
Dedicated images for models 001–005 warn against high temperature and high torque, suggesting the temperature remain at or below 150°C. This is supplier cautionary text, not a complete certified temperature or safe-torque rating. Other images likewise lack torque, tensile, fatigue and temperature data. Obtain engineering limits for load-bearing or heated assemblies.
Material and supply limits
The family art calls the metal 304 stainless and promotes corrosion resistance without a material certificate or corrosion test. Pitch, machining tolerances, shoulder strength, pack quantity and tightening torque are missing. Image dimensions are described as single reference measurements; verify the supplied part.
