Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
XDF enclosures use aluminum-profile frames with transparent panels. Photographs show sliding doors, handles and a dedicated door track. Four standard model cards specify external and internal length, width and height and explicitly exclude the optical table. Custom configurations and a separate cross-head screwdriver are also listed. Transparency does not establish laser-protective material.
External and internal dimensions
XDF1000-500 is 1000 × 500 × 500 mm externally and 940 × 440 × 440 mm internally. XDF1000-1000 is 1000 × 1000 × 500 mm externally and 940 × 940 × 440 mm internally. XDF1500-1000 is 1500 × 1000 × 500 mm externally and 1440 × 940 × 440 mm internally. XDF2000-1000 is 2000 × 1000 × 500 mm externally and 1940 × 940 × 440 mm internally. Values follow source length/width/height order. Internal size is not maximum doorway opening; tolerances and usable opening are unspecified.
Frame and sliding doors
All four cards label the frame as 30 × 30 aluminum profiles, without a separate unit beside those profile numbers. Confirm profile and mounting specifications. The main detail image identifies a dedicated sliding-door track and shows a roller. Panel material, thickness, glass/plastic type, door travel, panel count and locking method are not specified. Transparent photographs do not establish tempered glass, acrylic or optical filtering performance.
Custom configuration and tool
The custom card states that panel material, frame and dimensions can be customized. Agree a drawing, mounting interfaces and bill of materials before quoting. The separate screwdriver card identifies a cross-head tip, 6 mm shaft diameter, 100 mm shaft length, 210 mm overall length and 87 g weight. PH tip size, material and insulation certification are unspecified. The tool is not an enclosure and is not automatically supplied with other options.
Installation and performance limits
Standard cards explicitly exclude the optical table; the table and stand are application examples. Confirm the enclosure attachment, bench space, equipment height and access opening. Loading, sealing, cleanliness, impact resistance, laser wavelengths, optical density and protective certification are unspecified. This is not described as a certified laser safety enclosure. Confirm accessories, ventilation and cable penetrations separately.
