Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
The ZFK series consists of optical contact washers identified as PTFE in the source title. These annular accessories support selection of a contact interface around a lens or mirror edge, subject to verification of the actual mounting arrangement. There are twenty-seven online model selections. Twenty-six have dedicated outside-diameter photographs and a dimension table with explicit millimeter units; D200 has only a lens-diameter selection. The documentation distinguishes washer outside diameter A, radial wall width B and thickness T from the selection’s lens outside diameter. Matching numerical values do not establish a verified fit. D150’s 2 mm thickness is retained as an exception to the general 1 mm image. A conflicting anodized-aluminum label in a main photograph leaves supplied material unresolved. English artwork identifies the family; verify dimensions, quantity, bore, tolerances and preload for the chosen model.
Optical contact washer and supply scope
The source lists ZFK as Teflon washers for lenses and mirrors. The photographs show thin white annular parts with open centers, rather than lenses, solid optical windows or threaded retaining rings. Selection depends on the contact interface between an optic’s edge and its mounting hardware, the clear opening and the retention arrangement. A photograph of several sizes does not establish an assortment pack; confirm quantity and accessories.
Dimension table and model matching
The source table explicitly uses millimeters and defines outside diameter A, radial wall width B and thickness T. Twenty-six models have tabulated dimensions matching their dedicated outside-diameter photographs. D0.5 through D4.0 list 12.7, 25.4, 38.1, 50.8, 76.2 and 101.6 mm respectively. D8A explicitly lists 8.5 mm. D4 and D4.0 are different selections. Other values are retained in the individual SKU notes rather than decoded from model digits.
Thickness exception and missing model evidence
D150 lists A = 150 mm, B = 3 mm and T = 2 mm, so the general photograph’s 1 mm thickness is not applied to it. The other tabulated models list T = 1 mm, with B equal to 1, 1.5 or 2 mm depending on model. D200 has only a selection stating a 200 mm lens outside diameter and lacks both a dedicated photograph and a table row. Its washer diameter, wall width and thickness remain unconfirmed. Inside diameter is not directly specified; calculated values are not presented as manufacturer measurements.
Material conflict and assembly checks
The listing title explicitly identifies PTFE, while a main photograph contains an anodized-aluminum label. The conflict is recorded for supplied-material confirmation; the two materials are not combined into one specification. Promotional heat-, corrosion- and wear-resistance statements have no temperatures, test conditions or ratings and are not converted into performance guarantees. Check actual inside and outside diameters, clear aperture, edge chamfer, contact location, axial space and allowable preload. Confirm tolerances, resin grade, cleanliness or vacuum requirements and actual delivery separately.
