Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
ZFM-D130 and ZFM-D200 rulers combine metric/imperial graduations, a magnetic base and locating pins for height checks and alignment reference during optical assembly. The original drawing distinguishes maximum metric height H1, maximum imperial height H2 and overall height H3. Scale limits and overall ruler height are different dimensions.
Scale limits and overall height
For ZFM-D130, H1/H2/H3 are 130/127/137.80 mm. For ZFM-D200 they are 200/203.2/207.80 mm. The drawing gives H2 as the millimeter equivalent of the imperial scale’s maximum height, not a number in inches.
Base and locating features
The source shows two magnets and locating pins beneath the base. The drawing specifies 25 mm locating-pin spacing and a 4.80 mm pin diameter. Magnetic holding depends on the mounting surface; an aluminum breadboard should not be assumed to provide magnetic attachment. Confirm locating-hole fit, surface compatibility and the reading datum.
Material and accuracy
Metric and imperial graduations provide a visual reference. The source does not include a calibration certificate, reading-error specification or repeatability value. Base holding force and alloy grades are also unspecified. Scale subdivisions are not a verified measurement-accuracy rating.
Supplied items
Order ZFM-D130 or ZFM-D200 by complete model and quantity, and confirm the base and locating-pin configuration. Two rulers pictured together illustrate the series and do not specify a two-ruler pack. Platforms, additional locating accessories and calibration services are not included automatically.
