These Ø25 mm optical posts use a side-access opening and recessed mounting arrangement to connect to a platform with less space occupied by a separate large base. The source offers six complete ZGA-W25 models without a base and six ZGA-S25 models with a base. Matching axial lengths do not establish complete interchangeability between the two body styles.
Length and base style
The dedicated model images label axial lengths of 25.4, 38.1, 50.8, 63.5, 76.2 and 101.6 mm for each series. Values are transcribed from the images, not calculated from model codes. The S-series dimension arrows do not clearly include base thickness. The package preserves the image-labeled length rather than treating it as verified overall or optical-center height.
Mounting interfaces
The source identifies an M4 top connection, a Ø5.8 mm transverse leverage hole and an example of mounting to a breadboard with an M6 screw through the body opening. The leverage hole and mounting slot are different features. Confirm screw-head clearance, length, platform thread depth and tool access. Included mounting screws require separate confirmation.
Stiffness and material requirements
The photographs show silver-colored metal but do not establish alloy grade, tolerances, hardness or rated load. Check equipment center of gravity, post height, contact surfaces, fastening method and vibration environment. A space-saving arrangement is not a verified load or stability rating.
Supplied items and selection
Provide the complete model, quantity, the mounted optic’s bottom interface and the platform hole pattern. Holders, optical mounts, other bases, tools and installation services are not included automatically. Several lengths shown together illustrate selection and do not define a mixed pack for an individual SKU.
