ZGD-R bases accept a post in the central bore. A side screw actuates the flexure clamp, while two recessed slots provide platform mounting. Three of the four online models have individual photographs labeled with bore diameter. ZGD-R38 has no separate model card, so its dimensions require confirmation.

Matching the post bore

Individual cards identify ZGD-R1.0 at 25.4 mm, ZGD-R25 at 25 mm and ZGD-R05 at 12.8 mm. Keep 25 mm and 25.4 mm as separate sizes; do not relabel 12.8 mm as 12.7 mm. Check the actual post diameter and the fit required by the selected base.

Source discrepancies and dimensions

One promotional image lists 25.4/24/12.8/38 mm, while another lists 25.4/25/12.8/38 mm. The individual ZGD-R25 card supports 25 mm; the conflicting 24 mm claim remains unresolved. A series photograph also labels 75 × 50 × 12 mm, without establishing those dimensions for each model. These values are not assigned to all four bases.

Clamping and platform mounting

Insert the post into the central bore and secure the flexure section with the side screw. The source describes the two mounting slots as recessed M6 slots, not M6 tapped holes. Confirm screw-head style, slot width, platform hole spacing and tightening torque. Photographs do not establish load capacity or repeatability.

Supply and material

Specify the complete model, post diameter, quantity and platform hole pattern. Posts, platforms and mounting screws are not included automatically. Inspected images show a black surface but do not identify material grade or finishing process. Bore-fit tolerances, slot dimensions, clamping travel and load capacity need separate confirmation.
