ZGD Removable Magnetic Post Bases

These circular ZGD bases connect to a post with a top M6 male thread. Individual cards establish two outside diameters and plain or magnetic-ring undersides: 1.0B/1.0C are 32 mm across and 1.5B/1.5C are 47 mm. The magnetic-ring configuration belongs to the C models; it is not attributed to all four SKUs.

Model and outside diameter

ZGD-1.0B and ZGD-1.0C are labeled 32 mm outside diameter; ZGD-1.5B and ZGD-1.5C are 47 mm. These are base diameters, not post bores. Promotional text mentions one-inch and one-and-a-half-inch posts. Confirm the actual end face and threaded connection; the base has no through bore for inserting a post.

Plain and magnetic-ring options

B-model cards show a plain underside, while C-model cards explicitly identify a magnet ring. The source describes magnetic attachment to a platform but supplies no magnet grade, holding force or test conditions. Do not give B models the same magnetic function. C models require a suitable magnetic surface and adequate contact conditions.

Threaded connection and removal

The series feature image labels a top M6 thread and a 3 mm hex tool recess underneath. The thread connects the post; the recess provides tool access and is not another mounting thread. Thread pitch, exposed stud length, removable hardware details and tightening torque are not supplied and require confirmation.

Material and supply

The source describes precision-ground stainless steel. It does not specify steel grade, grinding tolerance, surface flatness or thickness, so that description is not presented as an accuracy guarantee. Specify the complete B/C model, quantity, post interface and platform material. Posts and platforms are not included automatically; multiple bases illustrate the range.
