ZGD bases connect post holders or other components through the post mounting hole and attach to a platform using open-ended slots. U-style bases have one open slot and a rounded end; H-style bases have opposed open slots. The source dimension table and all eight individual cards establish four length configurations and their five-piece pack options.
Shape and dimensions
U-style ZGD-U has length L1 of 58.5 mm and ZGD-UL of 76.2 mm. H-style ZGD-H has length L of 75 mm and ZGD-HL of 115 mm. All table rows give width W as 25.4 mm and height H as 10 mm. U-style L2 and L3 are distances between different drawing endpoints, not usable sliding travel.
Mounting hole and open slots
Mounting hole A is described as a recessed M6 mounting hole, not an M6 tapped hole. The source describes securing the base with an M6 screw and washer. Confirm screw-head style, length, platform thread and slot clearance. The open slots allow entry from the edge; adjustment depends on platform hole position, washer geometry and contact area.
Pack quantity
ZGD-U-5, ZGD-UL-5, ZGD-H-5 and ZGD-HL-5 are explicitly identified as five-piece packs in both the dimension table and model photographs. Pack quantity does not change individual base dimensions. Stacked photographs do not depict a single thicker base. Confirm included screws and washers against the supply list for each model.
Material and selection
Photographs show a black surface, but the inspected sources do not identify material grade or finishing process. Specify the complete model, pack quantity, platform hole pattern and post-holder connection. Dimensional tolerances, recess depth, allowable torque, load capacity and positioning accuracy are not supplied; promotional descriptions do not establish these specifications.
