ZGH-DK circular spacers add a selected thickness within an optical post connection. All 35 individual model cards label outside diameter and thickness: 21 thickness options at 25 mm diameter and 14 at 38 mm. The central hole is a screw clearance hole, not a threaded adapter connection.
Diameter and thickness options
The 25 mm cards list thicknesses of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 mm. The 38 mm cards list 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 20 mm. Choose a complete model; the series range does not imply every intermediate thickness is available.
Clearance hole and connection
The source feature image specifies a 6.7 mm central clearance hole, and the product name describes use with an M6 screw. The hole is not tapped M6. Check screw length, engagement and contact area. Adding a spacer changes assembly height and requires the fastening connection to be checked again. Hole tolerance and entry-chamfer dimensions are not supplied.
Material and dimensional evidence
The source describes stainless steel with chamfered edges. It does not specify grade, finish, flatness, parallelism or thickness tolerance. Dimensions come from labeled product photographs, not inspection reports or toleranced engineering drawings. Thin shims and thicker spacers differ in appearance; the series image is a structural reference.
Ordering and supply
Specify the complete model, outside diameter, thickness, quantity and application. Multiple spacers shown together illustrate the range and do not define a complete or mixed pack. Posts, screws and platforms are not included automatically. Confirm supply terms and assembly stability for stacked spacers or custom dimensions.
