Product overview and selection guidance

Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.

ZGW-C holders combine a cylindrical post bore, side locking knob, rotatable mounting base and fork-style mounting arm with magnets underneath. Twelve models fit either 12.7 mm or 12 mm optical posts and offer total heights H of 30, 40, 50, 75, 100 and 150 mm. Individual cards agree with the engineering table. A is the post-fitting bore size, not the holder outside diameter.

Models and overall height

ZGW-C05 has a 12.7 mm bore A and ZGW-C12 a 12 mm bore, each in six H options. The drawing measures H from the underside to the holder top, including the base; it is not the barrel length or adjustment travel. The drawing also labels a 24.8 mm holder outside diameter, 62.4 mm overall base-to-fork-end length, 24.8 mm fork width and 9.8 mm base thickness. Dimensional tolerances are not supplied.

Fork slot and mounting screw

The drawing labels a 6.6 mm open fork slot and the model table specifies an M6 mounting screw. The slot accepts mounting hardware; it is not an M6 tapped hole. The side knob clamps the post, and its thread specification is not established by the mounting-screw column. Confirm whether mounting screws are included.

Magnetic support and rotation

The source describes a rotatable mounting base and shows underside magnets. Magnetic support requires a suitable magnetic mounting surface and is not established for aluminum tables. Holding force, rated loading, rotation range, angular tolerances and repeatability are not supplied. This evidence does not define a precision rotation stage or an indexed-angle device.

Installation and supply

Select the post diameter, total height, table fastening method, fork clearance and quantity. Confirm stable contact and mechanical fastening before securing the post. Photographs show black bodies without a material grade or finish specification. Posts, platforms and optical components are not included automatically; multiple holders shown together do not define a kit.
