ZGY Forked Post Clamps

ZGY-1.0 clamps combine an open fork with a platform mounting slot to secure the base structure of a 25.4 mm post or holder. The source offers three stainless-steel models with short, extended and long-slot configurations. Individual cards label length and fork size. Check the actual flange and contact geometry rather than selecting by nominal post diameter alone.

Three length configurations

The individual ZGY-1.0S card labels 45 mm length, ZGY-1.0B 68 mm and ZGY-1.0G 80 mm. All three label 25.4 mm at the fork end. Values come from annotated photographs; tolerances and thickness are not supplied. Overall length is not usable slot-adjustment travel.

Different mounting slots

S and B photographs show recessed longitudinal slots. The G photograph shows a plain long slot and does not establish the same recess geometry. Series text mentions an M6 socket-head mounting screw; it does not prove all three slot profiles are identical. Check screw-head style, washer, slot width and platform thread for the selected model.

Securing the base and material

The source describes stainless steel and shows an assembled post holder. The fork contacts the matching base structure, while a screw through the slot secures the clamp to the platform. The slot is not an M6 tapped hole. Steel grade, finishing process, tightening torque and load capacity are not supplied. Confirm flange and clamp fit before installation.

Specify the complete model, quantity, post or holder base dimensions, platform hole pattern and available space. Holders, posts, screws and platforms are shown as installation context and are not included automatically. Three clamps shown together illustrate separate selections, not a mixed kit.
