ZGY-TK Height-Adjustable Clamps

These hold-down clamps attach to a platform with a screw through the long slot. A support screw in the end M6 tapped hole sets the support height. The source offers the longer ZGY-TK and shorter ZGY-TKB for different installation spaces and contact positions. Height adjustment comes from the added screw and assembly geometry, not an integral lifting mechanism.

Two lengths

Individual model photographs label ZGY-TK at 76.2 mm long and ZGY-TKB at 50.8 mm. Width, thickness, usable slot travel and dimensional tolerances are not supplied. Choose the length for reach, platform hole position and equipment contact point. Clamp length is not a height-adjustment range.

Tapped hole and mounting slot

The end hole is explicitly labeled M6 threaded and accepts the support screw. The slot allows a separate screw to pass through the clamp and connect to the platform. These features serve different purposes. Confirm thread depth, slot width, screw-head style, screw lengths and platform thread separately.

Supporting and securing the component

The installation photograph shows the support screw resting on the platform, with the opposite end contacting the part being held down. The screw through the slot provides the fastening connection. Set support height for the contact surface and check clamp alignment and thread engagement. The source’s heavy-duty and compact descriptions are not numerical load ratings; rated loading and tightening torque are not given.

Material and supply

The photographs show a black surface, but the inspected sources do not identify material grade or finishing process. Specify the complete model, quantity, mounting height and platform hole pattern. Screws, posts, other bases and the platform appear as installation context and are not automatically included with a clamp SKU.
