Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
The ZJB range positions round optics or threaded optical components with fine pitch and yaw adjustment. Eighteen online SKUs pair two-axis and three-axis mechanisms with nine center-interface choices. Each model has a dedicated source image labeling either its central opening or thread, plus a pictured envelope of approximately 49 × 49 mm or 73 × 73 mm. Family images identify M6×0.25 fine adjustment screws with locking capability and mounting features described as an M4 countersunk hole with an M6 threaded hole. Two products named ZJB-M20-2 and ZJB-M20-3 have source images labeling their center thread M21×0.5; the conflicting labels require confirmation before ordering. The English visual is a family guide, not a dimensioned drawing or statement of included accessories.
Nine interfaces in two adjustment formats
Dedicated images show both two-axis and three-axis formats for Ø25.4, Ø38.1, Ø50.8, Ø20, Ø30 and Ø40 mm central openings, plus SM1, SM2 and the M20-named threaded variant. The inch-named models have metric diameters explicitly labeled in their own images. The SM1 and SM2 images respectively label 1.035 in-40 and 2.035 in-40. These opening or thread labels do not establish usable clear aperture.
Fine adjustment and mounting
Family literature labels M6×0.25 fine-thread adjustment screws and a locking function. The two-axis and three-axis layouts are distinguished by their dedicated images and knob arrangements. It also identifies an M4 countersunk feature with an M6 threaded hole for mounting the frame; this base interface is distinct from the center optic interface. Adjustment travel, angular range, resolution, backlash and locking force are not provided.
Model envelopes and the M20 discrepancy
Individual images show approximately 49 × 49 mm or 73 × 73 mm outside envelopes, recorded against each SKU. Both ZJB-M20-2 and ZJB-M20-3 have their central thread labeled M21×0.5 despite the M20 model name. A family overview mentions M20, which does not resolve the discrepancy. Obtain manufacturer confirmation of the actual part and mating thread before ordering either model.
Selection and missing engineering data
Match the optic outside diameter or thread first, then select adjustment axes and verify mounting orientation and surrounding clearance. Request clear aperture, usable thread engagement, retaining-ring supply, travel, load capacity, material and tolerances. Optics, posts and other demonstration items visible in photographs are not assumed included.
