Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
ZZT fixed mounts hold circular optics in open seats with internal retaining-ring features and a tab for post mounting. The online catalog has 19 SKUs; 18 have dedicated images explicitly labeling supported optic diameter and upper thickness limit. ZZT-M45 lacks a dedicated image, so dimensions are not inferred from its name. A general image identifies an M4 base mounting hole and demonstrates post installation, while the internal optic-retention thread and supplied ring quantity are not specified for every model. Select by optic outside diameter, thickness, clear aperture, edge chamfer and permissible retention pressure. English artwork shows the family structure rather than exact engineering dimensions. Confirm material, tolerances and all missing model-specific details before ordering.
Nineteen models and source coverage
The online catalog lists 19 ZZT models. Eighteen dedicated source photographs are available; ZZT-M45 appears only as an online selection. Each available image explicitly labels optic diameter and thickness range. A missing-image model is not assigned an optic size by decoding its suffix. The main image advertises a Ø5–101.6 mm family overview; rely on each model photograph for confirmed sizing.
Optic retention and rings
Images show fixed open lens seats with an internal threaded region and retaining rings. The main image says SM/M threaded openings with rings but does not provide each complete nominal thread, pitch or supplied ring quantity. Supported optic diameter is separate from clear aperture. Thickness limits come from dedicated images and are not extended to other sizes. Check optic chamfer, edge, permissible preload, ring engagement and assembly clearance.
Post mounting
A functional image identifies an M4 threaded hole for securing the holder and demonstrates base mounting to a post. This post-side M4 thread is not automatically the internal optic-retention thread. Check the actual post, orientation, support stiffness and clearance from neighboring components. Demonstration posts, optics and tools are not assumed included.
Material, customization and missing data
Photographs show a black appearance without specifying material grade, finish or temperature and vibration ratings. Special-size customization is advertised without a configuration table or delivery commitment. Confirm overall envelope, clear bore, manufacturing tolerances, load, ring specification, supplied quantity and operating environment from model-specific engineering information. English artwork illustrates three relative family sizes only.
