DXW Externally Threaded Optical Adjustment Brass Sleeves

DXW bushings provide a threaded mounting interface for fine-adjustment screws. The source drawing lists ten complete models with individual internal and external threads, flange diameters, small-hole diameters and two axial dimensions. The M4/M6 wording in the listing title does not describe every SKU. Select both the internal adjustment thread and the external mounting thread.

Thread interfaces

A identifies the internal thread and B the external thread in the source drawing. Internal threads range from M3 × 0.25 to M12 × 0.25; external threads vary by model. Nominal diameter and pitch are recorded for each interface, so a matching diameter alone is insufficient.

Drawing dimensions and installation

Each SKU table preserves dimensions C, D, L1 and L2 from the source drawing. D denotes the small flange-hole diameter; L1 is the illustrated axial section length and L2 is overall length. L1 is not treated as usable thread depth. Confirm fit tolerances, hole spacing and installation torque before assembly.

Material and operating requirements

The source describes copper construction and the photographs show copper-colored metal. Confirm the alloy, finish and material documentation for the order. Thread pitch is not a system resolution or positioning-accuracy rating. Load capacity, backlash, lubrication and service life depend on the mating screw and mounting structure; these performance values are not verified in the supplied material.

Ordering information

Provide the complete model, quantity, mating screw and installation drawing, together with load direction, operating environment and inspection requirements. A group photograph does not specify a mixed pack. Mating screws, optical mounts and installation services are not included automatically. Confirm custom lengths or interfaces separately.
