Product overview and selection guidance

Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.

The GR family consists of white optical-element washers identified as Teflon in the source. All seventeen online models have dedicated dimension photographs with explicit units. The documentation retains washer outside diameter, inside diameter and thickness for each model, while distinguishing the selection’s lens outside-diameter label. GR-SM2 is 2 mm thick; every other listed model is 1.5 mm thick. The family is therefore not assigned one universal thickness. SM model text does not establish a thread on the washer, and metric bores are not calculated from model digits or a generic formula. Assembly selection also requires checks of clear aperture, optic-edge chamfer, axial space, contact surface and preload. Wear-resistance and self-lubrication promotions have no quantified test data, so material identification is retained without invented ratings. English artwork identifies the white annular washer family rather than pack quantity or engineering dimensions.

Open-center washer and contact interface

The source lists GR as Teflon washers for optical elements. Photographs show continuous white annular parts with no slots or threads. They are not described as retaining rings, lenses or solid windows. The actual position of this nonmetallic contact accessory depends on the optic edge and mounting arrangement. A photograph containing several models does not establish an assortment pack or an included optic.

Outside diameter, bore and thickness

All seventeen dedicated images explicitly label outside diameter, inside diameter and thickness in millimeters. In that order, GR-SM05 specifies 12.7/10.4/1.5 mm, GR-SM1 specifies 25.4/23.1/1.5 mm, GR-SM1.5 specifies 38.1/35.8/1.5 mm and GR-SM2 specifies 50.8/47.7/2 mm. Metric-model dimensions are recorded individually. Their bores come from the photographs rather than a universal subtraction rule.

Model range and assembly matching

The metric models are D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, D10, D14, D15, D18, D20, D25 and D30, with complete source designations retained. GR-SM2’s 2 mm thickness is the family exception; the other models specify 1.5 mm. The selection’s lens outside diameter and the photograph’s washer outside diameter are treated as distinct labels. Check bore, clear aperture, optic chamfer, axial space and mating surface. The SM text does not indicate a threaded washer.

Material claims and information to confirm

The main photographs identify Teflon and promote wear resistance and self-lubrication, but supply no resin grade, filler content, friction coefficient, service-life test or temperature rating. Promotional statements are not converted into numerical guarantees. Gas-tight sealing, vacuum ratings and electrical certification are not established. Confirm tolerances, allowable preload, compression and long-term deformation, supplied quantity, accessories and actual delivery with the supplier.
