GZF-H200 and GZF-H300 black screens have magnetic bases, a laser-engraved metric grid face for coarse beam alignment, and a plain reverse face for beam blocking. Two panel heights are offered: 200 and 300 mm, both 75 mm wide. The drawing also specifies a 2 mm panel thickness, a 32 mm base dimension in side view and a 17 mm vertical base dimension.
Models and dimensions
The engineering table and individual card identify GZF-H200 as H = 200 mm and W = 75 mm, and GZF-H300 as H = 300 mm and W = 75 mm. H is the dimension shown on the panel; do not add base height to it. The shared drawing specifies a 2 mm panel thickness. The base is dimensioned at 32 mm in side view and 17 mm vertically in the corresponding view; neither is optical-axis height.
Grid and plain faces
The grid face supports coarse laser alignment. The source identifies metric graduations and a laser-engraved grid, while the plain face is intended for blocking a beam. Grid spacing, measurement accuracy, reflectance and absorptance are not separately specified. The grid is not described as a precision metrology scale, nor the plain face as a verified absorbing beam trap.
Magnetic and screw mounting
Magnets in the base hold the screen on a suitable magnetic surface. An elongated countersunk slot accommodates M6 mounting hardware for nonmagnetic surfaces; it is a screw-mounting feature rather than an M6 female thread. A small ledge is identified at the base. Supplied screw count, magnetic holding force and tightening torque are unspecified. Confirm fasteners and bench compatibility.
Operating conditions and supply
Choose the panel height for the beam position and required coverage, then check base mounting. Although the source calls this a protective screen, it provides no wavelength range, power limit, damage threshold, optical density or protective certification. Suitability for a particular laser condition is therefore not established. Confirm material grade, coating, supplied accessories and custom lead time separately.
