Machine Vision Reader and Camera Mounting Supports

This source offers 12 fixed-base, table-edge clamp, flat-base, magnetic-base and multi-level vision support configurations. Posts, locking levers and slotted plates provide ways to position readers or cameras. Every SKU picture has been inspected. Model numbers are not substitutes for dimensional evidence; readers, cameras, sensors, benches and packages in application images do not establish supplied contents.

Dimensions and interfaces

SKU 1 states height 500 mm and crossbar 300 mm. SKU 2 identifies M6 base screws and 33 mm screw-hole center spacing; female threads are not inferred. SKU 3 states post 300 mm and crossbar 300 mm; SKU 4 gives table-edge clamping range 0–55 mm. SKU 5/6 state 300 mm height adjustment and 300 mm arm reach, with a 160 × 200 base label lacking units. Other dimensions are recorded per image and not transferred across configurations.

Adjustment and locking

Fixed-base images describe top or side mounting. Some plates and rod clamps promote 360-degree adjustment and locking, without angular accuracy, torque or load ratings. Articulated jaws and a magnetic base provide clamping and mounting on ferrous surfaces respectively; these features are not shared by every SKU. Confirm edge thickness, base hole pattern, rod clamps and equipment center of gravity.

Models and compatibility

SKU 9/10/11/12 images are labeled TGY-500-16, TGX-500-16, TGL-500-12 and TGH-500-12, differing from sales labels. SKU 7 contains H220 in its model while the image states height 300 mm; confirm this discrepancy. Claims of any-brand reader installation and a supplied screw set lack a compatibility pattern or screw list, so universal fit is not presented as verified.

Materials and supplied contents

Material grades, coatings, tolerances, magnetic holding force, load capacity and repeatability are unspecified for posts, bases, clamp blocks and slotted plates. Confirm screw quantity, fastener specifications, equipment fit and accessories. Equipment brands in source application images do not establish affiliation or inclusion.
