Metric Modular Flat Baffle Panels and Connector Strips

This source offers black flat baffle panels, flat joining strips and right-angle strips in 27 options. The feature diagram explicitly uses millimeters and identifies M6 mounting hardware. Sales options include larger sizes absent from that diagram. Configurations follow the original options, without assuming every size has its own drawing.

Panels and joining strips

Nineteen panels are distinguished by height and length. Flat and right-angle strips each have four height options: 200, 300, 400 and 500. The diagram lists panel heights 100/200/300/400 mm and lengths 100/200/300/400/500/600 mm. Height-500 and length-900 panels are sales-option specifications only. Strip diagram lengths are 200/300/400 mm; height-500 strips appear only in sales options. No corresponding drawing is invented.

Mounting arrangement

Photographs show bent base flanges, elongated slots, side holes and corner joining. Through-holes are described for M6 socket-head screws; this is not an M6 female thread. The flat-strip diagram gives a 40 mm width and describes two sets of M6 socket-head screws and hex nuts. That annotation points at the flat strip and is not transferred to every panel or angle-strip pack without confirmation. Hole diameter, spacing, slot width and torque are unspecified.

Material and joining arrangement

The source shows black panels and joining strips without a material grade, thickness, finish or loading specification. Aluminum wording from another source is not transferred. The application breadboard and assembly hardware are not automatically part of every option. Confirm strip count, fastener quantity, bench fit and the supply list.

Operating limits

A black appearance and protective-baffle product name do not establish material grade, coating, optical absorptance or a laser protection rating. Wavelengths, power limits, damage threshold, optical density and protective certification are unspecified. Confirm the structure for the required coverage and actual laser conditions, together with material, accessories, dimensional units and any custom requirements.
