Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
These socket-drive set screws combine stainless external threads with a white nylon contact tip for locating or holding parts where a softer contact point is desirable. The 22 online variants cover M2 through M6 in multiple threaded lengths. Every dedicated model diagram labels thread diameter, nominal pitch, threaded length and one-piece quantity, as well as a single-measurement reference for nylon-tip diameter and thickness. The source explicitly cautions that measured values are for reference and the received part governs. Those tip values therefore should not be treated as tolerances or minimum guarantees. Stainless and nylon grades, allowable torque, contact force and temperature range are not supplied. Select the nominal screw to fit the mating thread, then confirm the application’s contact limits separately. The English image identifies the family rather than depicting a specific model.
Twenty-two thread and length choices
The dedicated images identify M2×3; M3×3/4/5/6/8/10/12; M4×3/4/5/6/8/10/12; M5×8; and M6×5/6/8/10/12/16 mm. Length is labeled on the threaded metal section and should not be confused with overall length including the nylon tip. Each pictured variant states one piece; larger packs are not documented.
Nominal pitch and measured nylon tip
M2 is labeled 0.4 mm pitch with an approximately Ø1.4 × 0.8 mm nylon tip; M3, 0.5 mm and Ø1.7 × 1 mm; M4, 0.7 mm and Ø2.5 × 1.2 mm; M5, 0.8 mm and Ø2.5 × 1.2 mm; M6, 1 mm and Ø4 × 2 mm. The tip values are single source measurements for selection guidance, not tolerance specifications.
Installation and surface contact
The opposite end has an internal hex socket, while the white nylon tip meets the retained component. Check mating-thread depth, engagement length, tool access and the contact surface before assembly. The source gives no nylon hardness, creep behavior, chemical compatibility, tightening torque or maximum contact force.
Material and quality limits
The family image calls out stainless steel and nylon without naming either grade. Finish, corrosion classification, thread tolerance and certification are not documented. Operating temperature and vibration conditions are likewise unspecified; verify suitability separately for precision optics or coated surfaces.
