Product overview and selection guidance

Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.

A solid aluminum board with a regular metric mounting grid for laboratory assemblies. The source identifies M6 tapped holes on 25 × 25 mm centers and a black-anodized finish. Keep the footprint and thickness specified for the selected SKU. Generic source artwork explains the mounting arrangement; it is not a manufacturing drawing for every size.

Working holes and attachment points

The generic drawing calls out M6-7H working holes and four Ø6.5 through holes with Ø11 counterbores 7 mm deep. The existing source review records M6-6H on some large-board drawings, with edge margins also varying by size. Confirm thread tolerance, margins and counterbores on the target drawing rather than copying the generic dimensions into every SKU.

Thickness and material

Most archived drawings show a 13 mm plate, while family material also mentions 19 mm or custom thicknesses. Do not infer thickness where it is unspecified. Some source artwork carries a T6-6061 material label. Request the relevant material certificate if your purchase requires verified alloy and temper; the family label is not certification for every size.

Selection and supply scope

Choose the footprint around the equipment, then check attachment holes, support locations, usable thread depth and fastener length. Handles, supports and fasteners are not included automatically. Confirm quantities and fit separately. The collected source provides no tightening torque or load rating.

Precision and custom requirements

Family flatness claims and values on individual drawings do not establish one acceptance method. For precision experiments, agree the datum, inspected area, support condition and temperature. Custom orders need an outline, hole table, tolerances, material and finish requirements. No size-specific vibration isolation data is available for this solid board.
