The ZGD-1.0D is a circular stepped base for an optical post. A recessed central mounting hole accepts an M6 screw that connects the base to the post. Source photographs show both faces and an installation example. The post and screw in that example are not automatically included with this base SKU.
Locating shoulder and dimensions
The labeled source photograph gives a 25 mm shoulder diameter, a 32 mm flange diameter and a 10 mm side height. This is a photograph with dimension callouts, not a toleranced engineering drawing. The promotional image mentions one-inch posts, but 25 mm and 25.4 mm are different dimensions. Confirm how the shoulder fits the actual post end.
M6 mounting connection
The source identifies a recessed M6 mounting hole. Its installation example shows a screw passing through the base and threading into the post. Do not treat the base hole as an M6 tapped hole. Recess diameter and depth, through-hole diameter and screw length are not specified. Check the post connection and screw-head style before ordering.
Material and installation
The product name describes stainless steel, and the photographs show a silver machined surface. Steel grade, finish, dimensional tolerances and rated load are not supplied. The base locates and connects to the end of a post; confirm platform attachment and stability for the complete assembly.
