ZGH-12 cylindrical stainless steel posts have a 12 mm diameter, a transverse tool hole and removable threaded studs at both ends. They work with matching post holders to connect optical components. All 14 individual model cards label body lengths from 20 to 500 mm and identify an M6 thread at one end and M4 at the other. Match the 12 mm holder fit separately from 12.7 mm systems.
Lengths and models
Individual cards cover ZGH-12-20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 and 500, explicitly labeling the corresponding body length in millimeters. Dimension lines follow the cylindrical body rather than the projecting studs. Overall length with studs and length tolerances are not supplied.
Interfaces and removable studs
Every individual model card identifies M6 at one end and M4 at the other. The series installation image describes the supplied end studs as removable connections for optical components; photographs show socket ends. Thread pitch, useful engagement length, tapped-hole depth, stud grade and spare quantities are not specified. Confirm the order packing list.
Mounting and tool hole
The application image shows installation in a 12 mm post holder. The transverse hole provides access for handling, but hole diameter, tightening torque and allowable clamping force are not supplied. Check holder fit, engagement length, overhang and component center of gravity. Length and diameter alone do not establish a load rating. Illustrated holders and mounted optical components are not included automatically.
Material and machining claims
The source identifies stainless steel and advertises CNC turning, even chamfers and burr-free surfaces without a material grade, roughness value or inspection report. Photographs show silver cylindrical bodies and end chamfers, not measured straightness, tolerances or surface performance. Multiple lengths shown together do not define a kit.
