ZGH-25 cylindrical stainless steel posts have a 25 mm diameter and M4/M6 tapped ends. The series description offers one removable stud of each size. An engineering table and 19 individual cards support 21 sales options. Select whole-millimeter and inch-based lengths by complete model; 25 mm diameter does not establish compatibility with 25.4 mm holders.
Length and tool-hole position
Body length L1 ranges from 12.5 to 500 mm, with additional 12.7, 25.4, 38.1, 50.8, 76.2, 101.6, 152.4, 203.2 and 304.8 mm options. The drawing defines L2 as the distance from an end face to the transverse tool-hole center, not hole length or adjustment travel. The shortest 12.5 and 12.7 mm rows leave L2 blank and photographs show no transverse hole; do not transfer the longer-post layout to them.
Evidence gaps
The 250 mm card explicitly labels length, but its row is absent from the engineering table and L2 is not independently confirmed. The 400/500 mm options have L1 and L2 table entries but no individual photographs. Sales label ZGH-25-1 differs from ZGH-25-1.0 on the table and card. The card confirms 25.4 mm length; confirm the supplied model designation.
Interfaces and mounting
The drawing and series text identify M4/M6 tapped ends and a 5 mm transverse through-hole for longer posts. Do not assign that hole to the shortest options. The source offers one removable M4 stud and one M6 stud; confirm the order packing list. Check holder fit, thread engagement and overhang. Thread pitch, hole depth and tightening torque are not supplied.
Material and performance
The source advertises precision-ground stainless steel without grade, roughness, tolerances, straightness or load test data. Series presentation does not define a kit. Holders, bases and optical components are not included automatically.
