ZGY-T6 L-Shaped Platform Clamps

These L-shaped hold-down clamps use a slotted mounting section and a supporting foot to secure a mating base to an optical breadboard or mounting platform. The source retains three clamp models, ZGY-T6, ZGY-T6B and ZGY-T6C, plus a separate tool accessory selection. The photographs identify mounting with M6 screws. The base and post illustrate installation and do not define the clamp SKU’s supply scope.

Installation arrangement

One end bears on the component base while the foot rests on the platform; a screw passes through the slot into a platform mounting hole. The source recommends a washer. Confirm platform thread, clamped thickness, contact position and screw engagement. The slot is not treated as a verified M6 tapped hole.

Dimensions and model identification

A series photograph labels foot heights of 17.3, 22.3 and 37.3 mm without explicitly mapping every height to the three complete model names. This package does not infer that mapping from suffixes. Obtain the model drawing for slot length and width, clamp thickness and overall length.

Clamping requirements and material

The photographs show black-surfaced clamps but do not establish alloy grade, finishing process or allowable clamping force. Check contact flatness, protection of the clamped component, tightening torque and load path. General application wording is not a load-rating verification.

Supply and tool accessory

Specify the complete clamp model and quantity, and confirm whether the mounting screw and washer are included. The separate screwdriver accessory selection supplies a tool rather than a clamp, base or post; confirm tool type and size separately. Breadboards, posts and other bases are not included automatically.
