ZGZ-H Flexure-Locking Post Collars

ZGZ-H collars secure to an optical post with a split clamping body and provide threaded connections for optical components. Series images describe 25 mm and 38 mm bore options, with online models ZGZ-H25 and ZGZ-H38. H25 has an individual labeled card; H38 information comes primarily from the annotated series image.

Bore and model evidence

The individual ZGZ-H25 card explicitly labels a 25 mm through bore and M4 accessory mounting thread. The larger collar in the series image is associated with the 38 mm option and M6/M4 mounting holes, but no separate H38 card is available. Confirm the final H38 bore and hole arrangement before selection rather than treating its suffix as drawing evidence.

Clamping mechanism

A locking screw closes the split body around the post at the selected position. The source labels the series locking screws M4/M6 without a clear model-by-model assignment, so a specific clamp-screw thread is not assigned to each model here. Confirm tool size, tightening torque, fit clearance and collar orientation.

Attaching optical components

The H25 installation example shows an optical mount connected through an M4 interface. The mount and post illustrate assembly. M4/M6 features on the larger collar come from the series image and still require hole positions, pitch and engagement depth. A mounting thread does not establish unrestricted compatibility with every optical mount.

Material and supply

Photographs show a black clamping body and metal locking screw but do not identify material grade, finish, envelope dimensions or rated loading. Specify the complete model, post diameter, component connection and quantity. Posts, mounts and other optics are not included automatically. Numerical repeatability and angular-stability specifications are not supplied.
