ZGZ adapters connect two optical posts in right-angle, left- or right-hand 45° and mixed-diameter configurations. All 11 individual cards identify the bore pair and installation angle; compatibility is not inferred from model characters. Match 12 mm and 12.7 mm posts separately, as well as 25 mm and 25.4 mm posts.
Equal-diameter models
ZGZ-0.5Z is the 12.7/12.7 mm right-angle option and ZGZ-12Z the 12/12 mm option. The 0.545Z/0.545Y cards show left-/right-hand 45° connections for 12.7 mm posts; 1245Z/1245Y provide the corresponding 12 mm versions. Handedness follows the source installation views. Check the required orientation in the actual assembly.
Mixed-diameter connections
Individual cards identify 25Z12 as 25/12 mm, 0.51.0Z as 25.4/12.7 mm, 20Z12 as 20/12 mm, 0.520Z as 20/12.7 mm and 0525Z as 25/12.7 mm. Each is shown as a 90° connection. The larger bore uses a split clamp and the smaller bore a knob-operated lock; do not assume every interface uses the same mechanism.
Installation and angle evidence
Insert the posts and secure each connection, checking contact position, overhang and equipment center of gravity. Angles are labels on model photographs and installation examples, not angular tolerances or calibration accuracy. Bore tolerances, knob threads, allowable torque, envelope dimensions and load capacity are not supplied.
Material and supply
Photographs show black bodies and knurled knobs but do not identify material grade or finish. Specify the complete model, both post diameters, orientation, quantity and space constraints. Posts, holders, bases and platforms are installation context and are not included automatically. Series images do not define a mixed kit.
