Product overview and selection guidance

Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.

ZJP-5 mounts combine a threaded circular optic interface with fine adjusters around a rounded black frame. The source calls the family “five-axis” and explicitly describes XY translation and pitch/tilt adjustment, while it does not define every degree of freedom. Eight dedicated model images label center thread and front-face envelope; most also state XY range. Crucially, ZJP-5M20, -5M30 and -5M40 are pictured with M21×0.5, M31×0.5 and M41×0.5 center threads respectively, so their model suffixes are not interchangeable with the actual interface labels. SM1 through SM5 versions have individually labeled inch-series threads. Family artwork identifies M4×0.25 XY adjusters, M6×0.25 angular adjusters and side locking. Select from the exact model image, then confirm clear aperture, angular travel and supplied retention hardware. The English image is illustrative.

Eight labeled center interfaces

Dedicated images label ZJP-5M20, -5M30 and -5M40 with M21×0.5, M31×0.5 and M41×0.5 center threads. SM1 to SM5 are individually labeled 1.035, 2.035, 3.035, 4.035 and 5.035 in-40. These specifications come from model images, not decoding a suffix. Usable thread engagement, clear aperture and retaining-ring quantity are not supplied.

XY translation and angular adjustment

The family diagram assigns M4×0.25 fine screws to XY adjustment and M6×0.25 screws to pitch and tilt, with side locks to hold a setting. Most dedicated images label XY travel of ±1.5 mm; SM5 labels ±2.5 mm. The M40 image has no XY travel label, so that figure is not extended to it. Angular travel, adjustment resolution, backlash and repositioning accuracy remain unknown.

Envelope and mounting

Dedicated photographs show front-face envelopes ranging from approximately 49 × 49 to 176 × 176 mm, recorded by SKU. A family image identifies an M4 countersunk feature with an M6 threaded mounting hole for a post; that base feature is distinct from the optic-center thread. The pictured post is demonstrative. Confirm neighboring clearance, overall depth and mass from engineering drawings.

Meaning of “five-axis” and missing limits

Although the supplier calls this a five-axis mount, the pictured descriptions explicitly account for XY translation and pitch/tilt fine adjustment without defining a fifth degree of freedom. No independent rotation or axial motion should be promised from that label alone. The family material is described as aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish; grade, rated load and environmental limits are not quantified.
