Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
The ZJP-XY family combines an SM1 optic opening with fine-thread XY adjusters for positioning an optic. Both dedicated model photographs specify ±1.5 mm translation travel and a 25.91 mm optic center height. Their post-mount interfaces differ: ZJP-XY1.0M has an M4 mounting thread, while ZJP-XY1.0 has an 8-32 thread. Match the full model to the post and check optic edges, thickness, retaining-ring clearance and space around the adjustment knobs. M4 × 0.25 adjustment pitch is not positioning accuracy or optic displacement per turn. The source states that one retaining ring is included; confirm its model and the actual supply scope. English artwork illustrates the family structure rather than replacing dimensional, tolerance, material or load confirmation.
Two post-mount threads
The ZJP-XY1.0M dedicated photograph explicitly labels an M4 base mounting hole, while ZJP-XY1.0 labels an 8-32 hole. The general image lists two model choices; it does not establish both threads on one mount. Match the selected model to the post, fasteners and thread engagement. A demonstration post is not assumed included.
XY travel and optic center height
Both dedicated images label XY translation travel as ±1.5 mm and optic center height as 25.91 mm. Center height is retained relative to the illustrated bottom support reference and is not renamed overall height. Travel is not positioning accuracy, repeatability or resolution. Cross-axis error, loading conditions and motion calibration data are absent.
Adjustment and optic mounting
A functional image identifies M4 × 0.25 fine-thread adjustment pairs for X and Y, with side locking. The main image identifies an SM1 threaded opening; the functional annotation describes a retaining ring for securing the optic and says one ring is included. Complete SM1 thread parameters, clear aperture and optic-thickness range are unspecified. Screw pitch is not automatically optic displacement per turn; confirm the actual ring model and supplied quantity.
Structure and selection
Photographs show a black octagonal layered structure with two knobs, but no dimensional engineering drawing, material grade or finish specification is visible. Check optic edge geometry, thickness, ring clearance, post orientation and operating space around the knobs. Confirm overall dimensions, tolerances, permissible preload, load, tools, optics and accessories. English artwork is a family structural reference.
