Product overview and selection guidance

Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.

The ZJR family comprises flexure-style optical mounts with source images showing tilt adjustment, set-screw optic retention and several mounting-hole arrangements. All five online SKUs retain the optic-size labels on their dedicated photographs, including explicit maximum mounting depths for B1 and B0.5. ZJR-2 and ZJR-B2 both carry 50.8 mm diameter labels, but the source does not explain their difference; no function is inferred from the letter B. A general image identifies an M4 × 0.25 adjustment pair and multiple hole examples, which must be checked against the chosen model. Verify optic thickness, clear opening, clamping force, post fit and tool access. Load, angular range and accuracy are unspecified. English artwork is a structural family reference only.

Models and explicit dimensions

Dedicated photographs identify ZJR-B1 for a 1 inch optic with 4.2 mm maximum mounting depth; ZJR-B0.5 for a 0.5 inch optic with 4 mm maximum depth; ZJR-B20 as 20 mm diameter; and both ZJR-2 and ZJR-B2 as 50.8 mm diameter. These values come from visible image text. The source does not explain the B suffix, so unlisted differences are not invented.

Tilt adjustment structure

The main image calls this a standard flexure optical mount. A side annotation describes hex-key end adjustment of mount tilt. A functional image labels M4 × 0.25 fine-thread screws for tilt adjustment but provides no complete axis definitions, angular range, resolution or shift after locking. The flexure name does not establish material, fatigue life or quantified stability.

Optic retention and mounting holes

A functional image identifies a polymer-tipped set screw for securing the optic and separately illustrates M3 countersunk/M3 threaded, M4 threaded and other mounting-hole examples. The 0.5 inch/20 mm side includes separate 2-M1.6 or 4-M3 optic-interface labels; these cannot be assigned uniformly to every SKU. Confirm hole count, spacing, threading, depth and any ring arrangement against model-specific drawings.

Use limits and supply

A dedicated optic diameter is not clear aperture. Maximum mounting depth on B1 and B0.5 does not define the full usable optic-thickness range. Silver appearance does not confirm material grade or finish process. Check optic edge, permitted clamping force, mounting references, tool clearance, load and accuracy. Confirm optics, posts, screws, rings and actual delivery separately.
