Product-family scope, interfaces, selection limits, and supply notes.
ZJR flexure mounts use a fine-pitch screw above the frame to adjust optic tilt, with a neighboring locking screw to hold the setting. The family images present stainless-steel and aluminum-alloy options. Ten model photographs individually label material, optic-seat diameter and maximum seat depth; an additional online option, ZJR-0.5, has no dedicated photograph and therefore no verified model-level dimensions. The documented seats span 12.7, 20, 25.4, 38.1 and 50.8 mm, with 4 or 5 mm maximum depth depending on model. Images show a soft-tip optic retaining screw, M4×0.25 top adjuster and size-dependent mounting holes. Choose by the dedicated model image and confirm clear aperture, angular travel and included hardware before placing an order. English artwork is a family illustration only.
Material options and source coverage
The five BS model images label stainless steel, while the five S model images label aluminum alloy. Each material series covers seat diameters of 12.7, 20, 25.4, 38.1 and 50.8 mm. ZJR-0.5 appears as an online selection without a dedicated image; its material, diameter and depth cannot be inferred from the name. Material grade and finish are not specified.
Optic seat and retention
Dedicated photographs label a maximum 4 mm seat depth for the 12.7 mm options and 5 mm for the 20–50.8 mm options, with a soft-tip retaining screw. Seat diameter and depth do not define clear aperture or guarantee fit for every optic edge profile. Check optic thickness, chamfer and allowable contact pressure.
Top adjustment and mounting pattern
Family and model images label an M4×0.25 fine-pitch top adjuster and a side locking screw. The 12.7 mm images also identify M2 and M3 threaded holes; larger images show M3 threaded or countersunk holes and an M4 mounting hole. The 20 mm models additionally label a Ø3.4 mm through-hole. Patterns vary by size, and demonstration posts and fixing hardware are not assumed included.
Operating limits and missing data
A photograph demonstrates mounting on a post and adjustment with a hex key but gives no travel, angular range, backlash, load or environmental rating. Request a model drawing and packing list before assembly, especially for ZJR-0.5, which lacks a dedicated source image.
