ZSB-S square adapter plates connect optical stages, supports or other mounting components. Each of the three complete models has its own source image with plate dimensions and mounting features. Hole types and counts vary by model. A general-purpose description does not guarantee direct compatibility with every stage.
Plate dimensions and hole types
ZSB-S100 is labeled 100 × 100 × 10 mm and ZSB-S63A 63.5 × 63.5 × 10 mm. ZSB-S125 is labeled 125 × 125 mm; its thickness is not specified in its model image. Check M2/M3/M4/M6 threaded features, M6 recessed mounting holes and recessed slots separately. Nominal thread size or hole diameter does not establish hole spacing.
Source hole-count discrepancy
The dedicated ZSB-S63A image labels 12 M6 through features, while the series photograph labels eight. The SKU notes retain the dedicated model-image annotation and record the conflict; confirm the count and hole-position drawing before ordering. The source also mixes through-hole and threaded-hole wording, which requires a formal drawing to resolve.
Mechanical integration
Provide the stage-top and underlying-platform drawings. Check hole spacing, screw-head clearance, usable engagement, assembly height and adjustment travel. The adapter plate does not add a motion axis or positioning-accuracy rating. The inspected images do not specify material, finish, flatness, rated load or dimensional tolerances.
Supplied items
Order by complete model and quantity, and confirm screws or other included accessories. Front-and-back views and several models shown together do not define a two-piece pack. Stages, posts, optical mounts and installation services are not included automatically.
